This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on jiahongding.com.

Custom‑made Mold & Machinery Products
All our molds and machinery are custom‑manufactured according to customer specifications and drawings.
Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

In case of proven manufacturing defects:
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods. We will provide technical support, repair or remake solutions based on actual situation.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper operation, wear and tear, or customer‑provided drawing errors.

Standard spare parts
For non‑custom standard spare parts, returns are acceptable within 14 days of receipt, provided goods are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer.

Refund Processing
Refunds will only be issued for confirmed manufacturing defects after inspection. Refunds will be processed within 7‑10 business days to your original payment method.
