Order & Production Processing Time
We are a direct‑source manufacturer with in‑house mold workshop, spare‑parts production, machine assembly and complete production‑line assembly facilities.
Once your order is formally confirmed, production will start in our factory.
For standard spare‑parts and regular machine items, production lead‑time is 5-10 working days.
For custom‑made molds, modified machines or whole complete production lines, production duration will be extended according to your technical requirements. All estimated lead‑times will be confirmed with you before order placement.
Available Shipping Methods
We support multiple international shipping options for different kinds of goods:
• Sea Freight (FCL / LCL): Recommended for heavy machines, moulds and full production lines, most cost‑effective solution. Estimated transit time 20‑40 days.
• Air Freight: Suitable for mid‑size equipment and urgent orders. Estimated transit time 5‑12 working days.
• International Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS): For small‑size spare‑parts and accessories. Fast door‑to‑door delivery.
You may also choose your own appointed freight forwarder to arrange shipment for your goods.
Shipping Cost
Freight is not included in product prices.
Shipping expenses are calculated based on product category, actual weight, package dimension and destination port or address.
Since spare parts, single machines and whole production‑lines have different packing specifications, please kindly contact our sales team to get an official accurate freight quotation prior to ordering.
Export Packaging
All machinery and mould products will be packed with heavy‑duty export wooden cases for ocean or air transportation to protect items against vibration and impact during transit.
Customs, Duties & Delivery Delays
All import duties, local taxes and customs clearance fees at destination country shall be borne by the buyer.
Delivery times stated on this page are only estimated values.
We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by customs inspection, carrier issues, bad weather, or other force‑majeure situations out of our control.
Risk Transfer
Under standard EXW / FOB terms (Incoterms®2020), risk of loss or damage to goods transfers from our factory to the buyer once goods have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
